Sri G. Prahalad, learned counsel appearing on behalf of M/s.Lakshmi Kumaran & Sridharan, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the show cause notice dated 16.10.2012 in accordance with law.
In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the show cause notice dated 16.10.2012 before appropriate forum in accordance with law.
