ORDER:- (per Hon’ble Sri Justice K.C. Bhanu)

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the order dated 20-07-2012 in O.A.No.3509 of 2008 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short, ‘the Tribunal’) and to quash the same.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services-I.

The first respondent herein filed O.A.No.3509 of 2008 praying the Tribunal to declare the action of the petitioners herein in regularizing his services vide proceedings R.C.No.E3/2014/2007, dated 19-09-2007 issued by the 3^rd petitioner herein without back wages or without attendant benefits and further regularizing the services with effect from September, 2007 are arbitrary. The said O.A. was allowed with a direction to the petitioners herein to regularize the services of the first respondent herein with effect from

25-11-1993 as per G.O.Ms.No.212, Finance & Planning Department, dated 22-04-1994. However, the first respondent herein is not entitled for arrears of pay and he is eligible only for notional fixation of pay.

4. The issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in Writ Petition No.30408 of 2011,

dated 06-08-2012, whereunder this Court allowed the writ petition holding that the first respondent therein was entitled for regularization of his services from the date of issuance of regularization order on 19-11-2010, but not with retrospective effect from 25-11-1993.

5. So, following the said judgment, in this case also the first respondent herein is entitled for regularization of his services from the date of issuance of regularization order dated 19-09-2007, but not with retrospective effect from

25-11-1993.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

7. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
