ORAL ORDER:
It is brought to the notice of this Court that the question, which falls for consideration in this Writ Petition, is squarely covered by the Order of this Court in W.P.No.1863 of 2006 and W.P.30623 of 2013, dt. 18.02.2014.
Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of on the same lines to that of W.P.No.1863 of 2006 and W.P.30623 of 2013, dt. 18.02.2014.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
