ORDER:
Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, the learned counsel for the petitioner, stating that he has the necessary instructions from his client, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition, to which effect, he has already submitted a letter, dated
09.06.2014, to the Registry.
Recording the above said submission, this Court dismisses the Writ Petition as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
