When the matter had come up on 10.9.2014, none appeared for the petitioner Bank and there was no representation on its behalf, and therefore, the matter was posted under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Even today also, when the matter has come up for hearing, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on its behalf. Therefore, the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting its case.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
