This writ petition is filed challenging the order, dated 27.4.2012, in O.A.No.6824 of 2010 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, which was dismissed along with O.A.No.7103 of 2010 and batch.

3. Learned counsel for both the parties stated that the issue involved in this case is squarely covered by the order, dated 29.4.2014, in W.P.No.13973 of 2012 and batch of this Court. Following the said order, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
