When the matter is called today, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that she addressed a registered letter to the petitioner on 18.08.2014 and the same came back with an endorsement that the “addressee expired”. Enclosing the said returned cover, the learned counsel filed a memo dated 2.09.2014 into the Court and submits that in view of the above reason she could not get any instructions in the matter.
In view of the above reasons, this writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
