This Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the interim order, dated 11.06.2013, passed in V.M.A.No.1846 of 1012 in O.A.No.7968 of 2012, by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad.

The petitioners herein are applicants before the Tribunal, who are working as Junior Assistants / Bill Collectors in Yelamanchili Municipality. They filed the O.A. seeking to declare the action of the respondents therein, in not considering their claim for repatriation to Panchayat Raj Department in accordance with the option exercised by them, as illegal and arbitrary. Pending disposal of the O.A., an interim order was passed directing the 7^th respondent to act as per proceedings, dated 20.04.2012, in Rc.No.57/2012/A, by which petitioner Nos.1, 2, 4 and 5 were relieved from Yelamanchili Municipality with a direction to report before the District Panchayat Officer, Visakhapatnam. By the impugned order, dated 11.06.2013, the said order was vacated by taking note of the averments made in the counter affidavit filed by the Municipality in the O.A. that as the petitioners have

exercised their option expressing their willingness to continue in Municipal service, absorption orders were issued, and there is no provision for re-exercising the option until and unless the Government takes a decision in this regard.

It is not in dispute that as of now the petitioners are working as Junior Assistants/Bill Collectors in the Municipal Department. Although it is stated by the learned counsel for petitioners that such option was obtained forcibly, the same is a matter to be considered while disposing of the O.A. pending before the Tribunal. As the petitioners are continuing in Municipal Department, we do not find any merit in this Writ Petition for grant of relief as prayed for. However, as it is stated that the pleadings are complete in the O.A., we direct the Tribunal to dispose of the O.A. itself, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
