On 16.06.2014, since there was no representation on either side, the matter was directed to be listed on 24.06.2014 in motion list. On 24.06.2014 also, since there was no representation, the matter was directed to be listed on 25.06.2014 under the caption “for dismissal”. On 26.06.2014 also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However, to give one more chance, the matter was adjourned to 27.06.2014. On 30.06.2014 also, since there was no representation, matter was directed to be listed today under the same caption.
