ORDER: (Per the Hon’ble Sri Justice Ashutosh Mohunta)
Though notice was issued in this case vide order dated 24.05.2012, but thereafter none appeared. The case was adjourned on 30.01.2014 and 13.02.2014. But on both these dates, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
Today, again, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for
non-prosecution.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
