These Writ Petitions are filed seeking to issue writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to common order, dated 09-11-2012 in O.A.Nos.7559 and 7563 of 2012 respectively on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short, ‘the Tribunal’), which were allowed by the Tribunal.
2. Heard both sides.
3. It is stated that these matters are squarely covered by the common order of a Division Bench of this Court, dated 29-04-2014, rendered in W.P.Nos.33950 of 2011 and batch.
4. Following the said order, these Writ Petitions are allowed setting the aside the common order of the Tribunal, dated 09-112012 in O.A.Nos.7559 and 7563 of 2012. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
