ORDER :
This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in cancelling PGMET-2014, held on 02.03.2014 and directing the 2nd respondent to conduct entrance examination afresh, vide G.O.Ms.No.69, Health, Medical & Family Welfare (E2) Department, dated 02.04.2014 and the consequential
action of the 2nd respondent in issuing Notification being Dr.NTRUHSPGMET-2014, dated 05.04.2014 to conduct entrance examination afresh is wholly illegal and arbitrary. Petitioner avers that she secured 496 rank in PGMET and cancellation of the examination adversely affected her.
2. Same issue is considered in W.P.No.10828 of 2014 and batch and by a detailed order, the said writ petitions are dismissed.
3. When the case is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Medical and Health and learned Standing Counsel for Health University represented that the subject matter of this case, is covered by the above decision.
4. For the reasons stated in the judgment dated 25.04.2014 in W.P.Nos.10828 of 2014 and batch, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
