ORDER :
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed a letter dated 15.04.2014 in the registry, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty
aforestated. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall
stand closed.
