The learned counsel for both the parties have submitted that in pursuance of the directions given by the learned Single Judge in the order dated 16.10.2012 passed in W.P.No. 19288 of 2004, the 1st appellant – Executive Officer, T.T.D. issued Proceedings in Roc.No.Edn3/10466/Ser.III/2004, dated 15.01.2014. The learned Special Standing Counsel for Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam appearing for the appellants further submits that the respondent – writ petitioner, being aggrieved by the proceedings of the Executive Officer, filed W.P.No. 2813 of 2014 and the same is admitted, as such, nothing survives in the writ appeal and the matter has become infructuous.
Recording the above submissions, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ appeal, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
