Sri T. Sudhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the appellant-Andhra Pradesh State Housing Corporation Limited submits that the Government issued G.O.Rt.No.260, Housing (U & IAY) Department, dated 25.11.2013, regularising the services of the respondents herein, and contends that in view of that development, the Writ Appeal has become infructuous.
The Writ Appeal is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
The Miscellaneous Petitions filed in this Writ Appeal shall stand disposed of.
