ORDER:
This Second Appeal is filed against Judgment and decree dated 25-11-2008 in A.S.No.7/2006 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Chirala.
On 27-3-2014, the case was adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the appellant. On 25-4-2014 also, the case was adjourned at his request. Today, when the case is called, there is no representation for the appellant. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the appellant is not interested in pursuing his cause in the Second Appeal.
The Second Appeal is accordingly dismissed for nonprosecution.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Second Appeal, SAMP No.2522/2013 is dismissed as infructuous.
