Civil Courts Act, praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to receive the O.P. entire bundle and transfer to the court of the Hon’ble District Judge, Karimnagar and remit to the lower court after reopening the court of Pongal Holidays;

Petition under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 R/w Sec. 151 of CPC, praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to restrain the respondents No. 8 to 23 or their delegates and their substitutes herein in participating the 34^th sessions of the Church of South India Synod on 11-01-2014 or any other date at Vijayawada representing Church of South India, Karimnagar Diocesan;

These petitions coming on for orders, upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri N.V.
