Order: (per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta)
This petition is filed urging for filling up of the posts of regular Presiding Officers of the Labour Courts and Industrial Tribunals at Hyderabad and Guntur.
Learned Standing Counsel for the High Court says that if there are any vacancies, the High Court will take steps for filling up the same subject to availability of the competent Officers.
Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the Public Interest Litigation is disposed of.
Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed. No costs.
