ORDER: (Per the Hon’ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta)
At the instance of the petitioner, we are not going to entertain this matter. However, it is stated in this writ petition that the police action has not been justified among the crowds.
This writ petition is dismissed as no one appears in this matter.
A lawyer by name P. Shashi Kiran has moved this matter and when the Court, after hearing him, started dictation he left the Court with disrespect. We therefore, deprecate his conduct. However, at the first instance, as it is casual in nature, we are not inclined to take any steps. The writ petition is absolutely frivolous one and the same is accordingly dismissed with costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) to be paid by the petitioner to the High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of fortnight. Since the lawyer has run away from the Court, we direct the Secretary to supply a copy of this order to realize his costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
