JUDGMENT:-
Sri A. Ramakrishna Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant, filed a letter dated 08.08.2014 seeking permission to withdraw the civil miscellaneous appeal.
Permission as sought for is accorded and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the civil miscellaneous appeal shall also stand dismissed.
