ORDER:
The only relief claimed in this revision is that the Special Court constituted under the Andhra Pradesh Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, 1982 be required to dispose of I.A No. 5254 of 2014 in L.G.O.P No. 1126 of 2014.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.
Identical matter came up before this Court and certain directions were issued for disposal of the I.A mentioned therein. It is represented that the arguments in the I.A have been completed. If that be so, the Special Court shall consider the feasibility of disposing of the I.A as early as possible, preferably within four weeks from today.
The C.R.P is accordingly disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions filed in this revision shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
