This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order dated 3- 6-2013 in E.P.No.16 of 2011 in O.S.No.2911 of 2007 on the file of the learned VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad.
On 5-9-2013, there was no representation for the petitioner. Even today, when the case is called, no one represented the petitioner. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing his cause in the case.
The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP No.4995 of 2013 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
