COMMON ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners is very limited, since no order touching the merits is filed.

The petitioners filed L.G.O.P.No.1126 of 2014 in the Special Court of Chief Judge under A.P. Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, 1982, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, against respondents 1 to 74 in respect of the property mentioned in the schedule thereof. The petitioners also filed I.A.Nos.3258, 4846 and 3259 of 2014 seeking directions to the respondents not to alter the nature of the property, not to make construction and not to alienate the property. The grievance of the petitioners is that though the trial Court ordered notice and the respondents have entered appearance, no orders have been passed in I.As., and in the meanwhile, the respondents are proceeding with the construction. Hence, these revisions.

Heard Sri E. Madan Mohan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners.

The limited grievance of the petitioners is about the delay in passing the orders of ad interim or otherwise in the I.As., referred to above. The very purpose of filing the I.As., is to ensure that the state of affairs that exist as on the date of filing of L.G.O.P., are not changed. Much would depend upon the strength of the case and the nature of the facts pleaded by the parties. It may be true that there are quite a large number of respondents and the matters need to be heard at least o n prima facie aspects. At the same time, I.As., cannot be kept

pending indefinitely.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of directing the trial Court to pass orders either ad interim or final in the I.As., referred to above, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing both the parties.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions filed in the Civil Revision Petitions shall stand disposed of.
