This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order, dated 17.06.2014, in I.A.No.546 of 2014 in O.S.No.822 of 2013 on the file of the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District.
At the hearing, Sri D.Narendar Naik, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted as the suit itself out of which the present Civil Revision Petition arises was dismissed, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, closed as infructuous.
As a sequel to closure of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.3707 of 2014 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
