ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order dated 1- 4-2014 in I.A.No.1696 of 2013 in O.S.No.1835 of 2008 on the file of the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District.
On 19-6-2014, the case was adjourned at the request of the learned Counsel for the petitioners. Today, at the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing their cause in the case.
The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP No.2271 of 2014 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
