Criminal Revision Case No.198 of 2008
ORDER:
This Criminal Revision Case under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the husband/revision petitioner herein is directed against the orders dated 14.12.2007 of the learned Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of JHCBBC-cumAdditional Family Court-cum-XXIII Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad passed in MC.No.217 of 2006 whereby the said MC filed by the minor children of the revision petitioner represented by their mother-Kauser Ali/respondents 2 and 3 herein was allowed in part and a monthly maintenance of Rs.2,000/- each was awarded.
When the matter is taken up hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he was instructed by his client to withdraw the criminal revision case as the matter was settled out of Court.
Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this criminal revision case shall also stand dismissed.
