ORDER :
This Petition is filed to quash proceedings in C.C. No.1931 of 2009 on the file of XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad for alleged offences under Sections 420 and 506 I.P.C.
2. Heard Advocate for petitioner.
3. As seen from the material papers, charge-sheet was filed in the year 2009 and charges were also framed in the same year. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that because of this case, he lost the opportunity of going abroad in respect of his job. Considering the same, without going into merits of the case, I feel that this petition can be disposed of by directing the Court below to expedite the trial and complete it within a fixed time.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the Court below to proceed with trial and complete it as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial Court for proceeding with the case.
5. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
