ORDER:
This petition is filed to quash FIR in Cr.No.288 of 2011 of Nalgonda II Town P.S. for alleged offence under Sections 341, 427, 447 read with 34 IPC and under Section 3 of PDPP Act.
Heard both sides.
The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that police filed charge sheet after completion of investigation on 06-06-2014 against petitioner and two others.
Since police completed investigation and filed charge sheet, this petition is dismissed as infructuous giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge charge-sheet.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand dismissed.
