ORDER:
The learned counsel for the petitioner addressed a letter dated 28.11.2014 to the Registry stating that her client had instructed her to withdraw the above Criminal Petition and that therefore, the matter may be listed under the caption “for withdrawal”. In view of the request in the letter, the matter is listed today under the caption “for withdrawal”.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the instructions received from her client, the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
