HON’BLE DR JUSTICE K.G.SHANKAR
CRL.P.No.489 of 2014
ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioners, inter alia, contended that for no fault of the petitioners, they are suffering.
Unfortunately, the allegations against the petitioners are such that it would be appropriate for the petitioners to surrender before the trial Court and move the trial Court for grant of regular bail.
I am not inclined to entertain the petition on merits. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
