ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A1 to A5 in C.C.No.527 of 2010 on the file of the XIII Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the parties have settled the matter out side the Court.
3. In view of the submissions made by both the counsel, the Criminal Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
