CRIMINAL PETITION No.3489 of 2012
ORDER:
This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.69 of 2012 of Taluq Police Station, Kurnool.
Heard both sides.
Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that police have completed the investigation and filed final report referring the case as ‘false’ vide proceedings No.516/SDOPK/2012, dated 30.05.2012.
In view of the completion of investigation and filing of final report referring the case as ‘false’, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, Crl.M.Ps if any shall stand closed.
