O R D E R:
This criminal petition is filed to quash FIR in Cr.No.468 of 2011 on the file of I Town Police Station, Nizamabad.
Heard both sides.
Advocate for petitioners, represented that as there was no stay, police have completed investigation and filed final report referring the case as of civil in nature on 19.1.2014 and submitted that no orders are necessary in this petition and the petition has become infructuous.
Recording the representation of the Advocate for petitioners, the present criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
