This Criminal Petition is filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the orders dated 24/01/2011 passed in Criminal Revision Petition No. 120 of 2010 by the XI Additional District Judge [FTC] Guntur at Tenali, confirming the order dated 14/5/2010 passed in MC.No. 1 of 2009 by the II-Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tenali.
2. When the matter is listed today, Sri N.Srihari, counsel for petitioner submitted that nothing survives for adjudication and the matter has become infructuous.
3. In view of the representation of counsel for petitioner, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
