HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.1910 of 2012
ORDER:
This criminal petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.POR 5/107 of Forest Range Officer, Jagityal, Karimnagar District.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the police have completed investigation and filed charge sheet and the Court has already taken cognizance of the charge sheet and registered it as CC No.83 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jagityal, Karimnagar District.
4. As the charge sheet is already filed, this petition has become infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to agitate these grounds before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jagityal and the learned Magistrate shall consider the same not being influenced by the disposal of this petition.
5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed. The miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
