This Company Petition is filed for an order to wind up the respondent- Company for non-payment of the debt due to the petitioner.
At the hearing, Mr.A.Ravinder Reddy, learned Counsel for the respondent, has handed over Cheque bearing No.448829, dated 05-09-2014,
drawn on State Bank of India, Hyderabad Main Branch, Bank Street, Koti, for a sum of Rs.4,55,700/-, to Mr.V.V.Anil Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, after with holding a part of the amount payable to the petitioner towards Tax Deduction at Source (TDS). The learned Counsel for the petitioner has received the cheque towards full and final settlement of the claim made by the petitioner.
In view of the above, the Company Petition is closed as settled out of Court.
