ORDER:
This company petition is filed for an order to wind up the respondent-company for non-payment of debt due to the petitioner.
On 07.07.2014, the learned counsel for the petitioner was not present. Therefore, the case has been adjourned to today. Even today, when the case is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing its cause in the company petition.
Accordingly, the company petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
