Totem lnfrastructure Limited, CIN No .U45200AP1997P1C 028322, having its registered office at # 8-2-334812, Road No.5, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad - 500 082, Andhra Pradesh, registered with Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act,'1956 and the Rules thereof ;
b) to pass an order appointing a Liquidator to forthwith take possession of all the assets, books, documents, papers and records of the respondent company ; and
c) Allow costs of the petition.
