No.1148 of 2013 for approving the fixation of minimum upset price as well as the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and to permit the Deputy Official Liquidator to sell the gold ornaments and the movables, as proposed by him, through sale of tender forms, etc. The Deputy Official Liquidator in his affidavit has stated that on the direction given by this Court on 14.11.2013, i.e., during the hearing of the case, he has contacted some of the auctioneers on phone and ascertained their willingness to take up the auction; that in response to the same only, one auctioneer namely M/s Moosa and Company expressed its willingness to take up the auction; and that this Court by order, dated 27.11.2013, in Company Application No.1148 of 2013 has approved the minimum upset price of Rs.3,14,519/- fixed for the gold ornaments and Rs.25,000/- fixed for the electrical goods/home appliances by M/s Moosa and Company. This Court also permitted the Official Liquidator to pay the fees of the auctioneer from out of the funds of the company (in liquidation) available with him as per the quotation given by the auctioneer. In his affidavit, the Deputy Official Liquidator further stated that M/s Moosa and Company has submitted a draft auction sale notice suggesting the EMD; that after correction of the auction sale notice, the same was forwarded to the auctioneer for circulation/publicity suggesting the EMD of Rs.65,000/- and fixing the inspection-cum-auction date as 24.02.2014; that the auctioneer circulated the auction sale notice among his clientele and the office of the Official Liquidator also circulated the auction sale notice in the premises of High Court, Kendriya Sadan, Koti and Gagan Vihar, Nampally, Hyderabad for attracting more bidders; that as per the schedule fixed in the said auction sale notice, the Official Liquidator
