Since the matter is compromised before the Lok Adalat held at Hyderabad organized by High Court Legal Services Committee, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in terms of Award of Lok Adalat dated 11.09.2014. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this CMA shall stands closed.
