COMMON ORDER: (Per Hon’ble Ms. Justice G.Rohini)
C.C.C.A.M.P. No.651 of 2013 is filed with a prayer to record the terms of Memorandum of Compromise and dispose of the appeal in terms of the same.
The Memorandum of Compromise signed by the appellant as well as the respondents and also the counsel appearing for both parties, has been filed along with the petition.
Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties and having regard to the fact that the matter has been settled as per the Memorandum of Compromise filed along with the petition, C.C.C.A.M.P. No.651 of 2013 is allowed.
Accordingly, C.C.C.A. No.24 OF 2003 is disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Compromise dated 30.11.2013. No costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Appeal, shall stand closed.
The Registry is directed to annex a copy of the Memorandum of Compromise to the order.
