O R D E R:
This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 21.07.2011 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.24383 of 2011 in W.P.No.20122 of 2011.
2. The counter-affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent now manifests that the order dated 12.04.2012 was passed by the Additional Commissioner (Plg.), Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad, in compliance with the order passed by this Court. This contempt case therefore does not survive for consideration. In the event the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 12.04.2012, it shall
be open to him to seek redressal thereof before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
3. Sri Nazir Ahmed Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that his client has already approached the learned VII Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, by way of O.S.No.1204 of 2014 in this regard.
4. The contempt case is accordingly closed. No costs.
