This is an application filed under Section 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, complaining non-compliance of the orders dated 6.03.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16514 of 2009. By virtue of the said order this Court disposed of the writ petition directing the 3rd respondent/ 2nd respondent herein, to pass supplementary award.
2. Today, when the matter is called, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents has submitted that the said orders of this Court have been complied with and letter No.LA/Unit-IV/192/2005, dated 11.09.2014 received from the office of the 2nd respondent herein showing the award passed by the authorities and the notice issued under Section 12(2) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, dated 11.09.2014, have been placed on record.
In view of the above reasons, the Contempt Case is closed and the respondents herein stand discharged. No order as to costs.
