ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 18.09.2013, in Writ Petition No.27205 of 2013.
At the hearing, Sri Bambal Ram Meena, Principal Secretary to Government, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Revenue and Urban Land Ceiling Department, Hyderabad, is personally present.
Sri P.Giri Krishna, the learned Special Government Pleader for Revenue, has placed before the Court memo No.47786/UC.I/2013, dated
19.04.2014, whereunder the respondent has withdrawn the show cause notice issued vide Govt.Memo No.47786/UC.I/2013, dated 05.10.2013.
With the withdrawal of the said show cause notice, the respondent has taken corrective steps. Therefore, the cause in the Contempt Case stands abated.
The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed and the respondent is discharged from the contempt proceedings.
