ORDER:
It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent that the order of this Court 05.09.2014 has been implemented.
In view of the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stands dismissed.
