This Contempt Case is filed alleging that the respondents 1 to 7 have violated the interim orders passed by this Court on 26-09-2013 in W.P.M.P.No.35152 of 2013 in W.P.No.28314 of 2013.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2.
The writ petition was filed challenging the orders dated 14-12-2012 in O.A.No.8720 of 2011, passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal. In the W.P.M.P., an interim order was passed, suspending the orders passed by the Tribunal. The grievance pointed out by the petitioners is that the 9th respondent has been promoted to the post of Superintendent, through proceedings dated 21-09-2014, without constituting a committee for effecting promotions.
The petitioners are not able to point out as to how such a promotion would amount to contravention of the interim orders passed by this Court. If the petitioners have any grievance about the promotion of the 9th respondent, they can take necessary steps in that behalf.
We do not find any act of contempt on the part of the respondents. The Contempt Case is accordingly closed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
