ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is going on medical leave and does not want to press the contempt case.
Recording the said submission, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
