HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1230 of 2014
O R D E R :
The contempt case is filed alleging violation of the orders dated 10.06.2014 passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.18616 of 2014 in WP.No.15022 of 2014. The order passed by this Court on 10.06.2014 in WP.MP.No.18616 of 2014 is as follows;
“---------In the circumstances, there shall be interim direction to the respondents to renew the license of the petitioner, provided the petitioner fulfils other criteria, subject to further orders in the writ petition.------“
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies produced a letter dated 20.09.2014 addressed by the Controller, Legal Metrology to the counsel for the petitioner stating that the manufacturing license of the petitioner Company is renewed for the year 2014.
In view of the above letter dated 20.09.2014, nothing survives in the Contempt Case, accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
