ORDER:
This appeal is filed against judgment and decree, dated 11.07.2011, in O.S.No.27 of 2009 on the file of the learned I Additional District Judge, Ongole.
The appellants as well as the respondent have filed the joint compromise memo, dated 26.06.2014, reducing the terms of compromise to writing. They have also filed ASMP.No.1161 of 2014 for disposing of the
appeal by recording the compromise.
At the hearing, both the appellants as well as the respondent are personally present apart from the respective learned counsel representing them. On the enquiry made by this Court, the parties have informed that they have voluntarily entered into the compromise for settling the dispute outside the Court.
In view of the same, ASMP No.1161 of 2014 is ordered and consequently, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the joint compromise memo.
The Registry shall draft the decree in terms of the joint compromise memo.
As a sequel to disposal of the appeal, ASMP.No.2594 of 2011 is disposed of as infructuous.
