JUDGMENT :
When the matter was called on 26.02.2014, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant and respondent and the matter was directed to be listed under the caption of ‘for dismissal’ on 06.03.2014. Even today, again when the matter appeared in the list under the caption of ‘for dismissal’, there is no representation on either side.
Hence, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for default.
In consequence, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
